Mojave Research, Inc. ("MRI," "we," "us") is a defense technology company headquartered in Reston, VA. We build and deploy AI systems for defense, intelligence, and national security missions. This policy describes how we handle information collected through mojaveresearchinc.com (the "Site").

  • Booking verification: Name, email address, phone number, and organization when booking a consultation through our verification system.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Infrastructure analytics: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) collects aggregate traffic data at the edge — page views, referrer sources, browser types, and country-level geographic data. This data is collected server-side through Cloudflare's infrastructure. No client-side analytics scripts run in your browser. No cookies are set for analytics purposes.
  • Server logs: Cloudflare may collect IP addresses, request timestamps, and user agent strings as part of standard infrastructure operation, DDoS protection, and security.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions.
  • To verify your identity when booking consultations.
  • To understand aggregate Site usage patterns through server-side infrastructure analytics.
  • To protect the security and integrity of our Site and systems.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Microsoft (booking system and email delivery), Twilio (phone verification). These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
  • Affiliated entities: Other entities within the Agentic Secure Group ecosystem, subject to the same privacy protections described here.

Data Retention

  • Contact submissions: Retained for up to 1 year, then automatically deleted.
  • Booking verification data: Retained for up to 1 year for lead tracking, then automatically deleted.
  • Analytics data: Cloudflare retains aggregate traffic data per their data processing policies. No personal data is stored for analytics purposes.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and security headers. Our Site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure with enterprise-grade DDoS protection and edge security.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through our secure contact form. We will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
